Comfrey or Symphytum officinale is a perennial plant that belongs to the Boraginaceae family. it is widely distributed in Europe in open and marshy areas. Its leaves contain allantoin which stimulates cell repair. It relieves joint and muscle pain and heals the skin against small daily aggressions.

Arnica montana is a perennial plant of the asteraceae family, originating in particular from the mountains of Europe, the flower of which is used. It has analgesic (pain-relieving) and anti-inflammatory properties. Arnica is registered in the list of medicinal plants of the French Pharmacopoeia.

Cinnamon or Cinnamomum Cassia comes from the Chinese Cinnamon, a tree of the Lauraceae family. It has an effective hyperemic activity to prepare the muscles and the joints for the effort. Its sweet and warm scent also comforts the spirit of the rider.

Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) small shrub from southern regions is no longer to be presented. It belongs to the Lamiaceae family. In addition to respiratory properties, thyme is a powerful tonic that helps fight fatigue.

Use

Apply the gel to the back and joints, massage to make it penetrate before each work session. Do not cover the limbs with too much enveloping bandages.
